"Sgt. Pepper's Lonely Hearts Club Band" is a song by the English rock band the Beatles. It was released on May 26, 1967, on the album of the same name (1967). In 1978 it was re-release by EMI from the Beatles' catalogue with the song "With a Little Help from My Friends" as the A-side. The double single peaked at number 71 on Billboard Hot 100 on September 30, 1979.
