“Que nadie sepa mi sufrir” (Let no one know my suffering) is a song by Argentine artists Ángel Cabral (composer) and Enrique Dizeo (lyrics), composed in 1936. Edith Piaf recorded a French-language version, with lyrics by Michel Rivgauche, titled “La Foule.” Her cover was released in 1957.
