"Been Caught Stealing" is a song by American rock band Jane's Addiction. It was released on November 15, 1990 as the third single from the band's second album, Ritual de lo Habitual (1990). The single peaked at number 34 on the UK Official Chart on March 23, 1991. The Rock and Roll Hall of Fame included it into the 500 Songs that Shaped Rock and Roll.
