"L'Été indien" (Indian summer) is a 1975 single by American-French singer Joe Dassin. It was released on May 24, 1975. "L'Été indien" went on to become Dassin's biggest hit, reaching number one on the French singles chart on June 14, 1975, and remaining in that position for 7 non-consecutive weeks. The single sold almost 2 million copies worldwide.
