"It Wasn't Me" is the first single from Jamaican-American reggae musician Shaggy's fifth studio album, Hot Shot (2000). The song features vocals from RikRok (credited as Rickardo "RikRok" Ducent). It was released November 7, 2000. The song became a hit, toppping the Billboard Hot 100 in February 3, 2001 for 2 weeks and the UK Chart in March 10, 2001 for a week.
