A top 20 hit for Tony Bennett in its original 1951 version, the song has since been re-recorded many times. In 1963 Bobby Vinton recorded his version that was released on August 2, 1963. His version reached the bumber one spot on the Billbaord Hot 100 in September 21, 1963, a position it held for 3 weeks.
