"Night Fever" is a song written and performed by the Bee Gees. It first appeared on the soundtrack to Saturday Night Fever. It was released on February 7, 1978. The song topped the Billboard Hot 100 Chart in March 18, 1978 and remained at #1 for eight weeks (the most for any single that year). In the UK it topped the Chart in April 29, 1978 for 2 weeks.
